Building/Office Administrator
The Marion County Hospital District is seeking a motivated and organized professional to serve as our Building/Office Administrator. This position supports the District’s indigent health care program and provides essential administrative, financial, and operational support.
Position Overview
The Building/Office Administrator is responsible for managing the District’s indigent health care program and performing a wide range of administrative duties, including financial reporting, records management, office operations, Board meeting preparation, and communication with healthcare providers, agencies, and the public.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in office management, healthcare administration, or public administration preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and general office software
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities
Must be bondable
Position Details
